Hi everyone it is Neha founder of College Shortcuts. I hope everyone is having an amazing day, and everyone is staying safe, hugging their kids tightly.

This is a hard video for me to make. A lot of you people may not realize this, but my company is based out of Houston, Texas. It has been a very intense last few days for us.

I will tell you that we are still going strong here at College Shortcuts. There are parts of my team where their houses have flooded. There are parts of my team that are moms that have newborns and are on the second floor of their home.

As the CEO it's my job to support my team.

I've been a little quiet lately because I have been dealing with this myself. I have a lot of family in Houston. I want you to know that we are, a lot of us are safe and sound.

For our tutoring we are able to do it virtually, still. A lot of us on our team are okay. We are safe, a lot of us just have water up to the driveway, so it's okay in some areas.

I wanted to let you know, I know so many people across the country have been texting us, emailing us, reaching out, and it means the world to me that you guys really care. It's been a very hard last few days for us. It's been hard for me as a business owner because some of my clients I can't reach and they're in Houston. I don't know how they're doing and how the kids are doing.

It's been a tough few days. We are holding the fort down.

I got a call yesterday from one of my right hand people who said "Neha, I am ankle deep in water. I have to leave my house now. I'm leaving everything." She collected her little dog and cat, and walked out. She currently has no power where she's at.

I am running the ship right now to make sure that all of our families know we're here. I am here to tell you that there are lives hurting in Houston. There's people I personally know that are really suffering.

I want you to know that we're doing our best and we're trying our best, but I know all of you guys are there for us. I've been getting so many texts and calls. Even from people I don't know. From you guys it means the world because it has been really hard. My mom is still in Houston right now and it's just a tough time.

This is a very intense time here in Houston Texas. I want to make sure you understand that we are still on the mission to help kids get into the dream college.
