In addition, there will be reflection homework and curriculum and homework assignments daily to ensure they are getting further in their career development.

Atman’s practice focuses on advising public and private entities, including private equity investors, in mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions for clients across a broad array of industries, including energy (upstream, midstream and downstream) and aviation.
Atman also has experience with capital markets transactions, having represented both issuers (including master limited partnerships) and underwriters with public offerings and private placements of equity and high-yield debt, including follow-on issuances, and has assisted with securities and corporate governance matters. Atman will teach students what it takes from an Ivy League education to the courtroom.

I am an attorney with a strong focus on intellectual property matters. I am registered to represent clients in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I am also a member of the State Bar of Texas. I have previous experience with supply chain management in the aerospace and energy industries, as well as significant project management experience. I have substantial technical experience involving mechanical engineering, electrical power systems, and software development. My legal experience includes patent prosecution, patent litigation, copyright and trademark law, environmental law, employment and labor law, oil and gas law, and e-discovery. Deborah Lipszyc, London School of Economics, NYU, Fulbright Scholar
Deborah has worked at various law firms internationally, and has also taught students as well as an assistant professor at a university. She is passionate about teens learning about what it takes to be a successful lawyer. She has held positions in London, Luxembourg, Paris, and wants to teach students about the power of contracts and finding a passion in law and how you can practice globally.
